Thinking of food for the past few days,,den tot about a Myojo noodle tat our supplier sent 2 weeks ago. When i first ate,,wah, it was exactly the old Myojo taste of my childhood! Now, the local Myojo mee tastes horrible.. it is made in Thailand, if im not wrong. Plastic smells on the noodles.

Ordered these few instant noodles today..cannot resist..plus, their packaging is sooooooo nice!!

Not sure if our supplier can buy all from her nearest supermart..told her to buy loose packets also can,,assorted ones also can, coz im not sure if the supermarket has more varieties.

Oh yes, yday many Japanese suffered from food poisioning from China Made Gyozas (dumplings/guo tie)..will be careful when buying those frozen gyozas..dun buy Made In China one.. *kiasi*

Tomorrow is another exciting day,,the release of another batch of X-Japan tickets. Hoping for the best!~

Next month the added seats tickets will be on sale..if still didnt strike, maybe will turn to auction. just saw the highest bid for one ticket is Y55,500 ticket! OMG!~*bang head against wall* Doubt i have this stamina.... this price can buy one Vodafone Or an Air ticket to Japan..sigh.

Perhaps i have fruitful ang bow $$$,,lolz..then can afford to bid for the tickets.

Perhaps got miracle in Feb?? Hard to say one..lolz,,maybe after usher in the Year of Rat, i will be more luckier than now!!~ *Prays hard*

I am still hopeful!~

Hi Christine, this is the Chinese Zodiac animals. There's 5 years to go before the Year of Snake.

http://www.astrohoroscopes.com/chinese/

Not sure much about the personality of people born in the year of Rat. I;ve got a friend who was born in the Year of Snake. He was a millionaire but went almost bankrupt coz he unknowingly deposit all his $$ to this unauthorised bank in the UK 3 years ago. Dont know why he didnt do his homework before he deposit such large funds. Now, he runs his own car rental biz and furniture store near Tokyo. Ive said to him " Once a millionaire, always a millionaire". He knows how to make millions before, so now, he is duplicating the same method. During this tough period, he was also dignosed with early stage of stomach cancer. He's condition is contained after 1 operation and several treatments. I admire him for overcoming these 2 crisis in his life. I am happy for him that he is doing well now. If im in his shoes, seriously, i dont know what i'll do...

Ive also admire ppl who were born in the Year of Tiger. They are so dynamic and brave. The not so good ones (in my opinion) are those born in the Year of Sheep. They are soo meek, shy and lazy.

Glad your classes today went well. Glad that Caiko called u.

Lately always felt hungry,,dunno why..i think im going to fall sick soon...

Funny extract from a customer's blog

These are REALLY 2 funny scenarios that always happens to Jrock fans. Saw it at our customer, Serene's blog awhile ago.

*************************************************************************************
Below is just a short summary of what i wanted to type, so it's not long rantings after all :D

Please don't be a irritator.

Person A : (insert bishie name) very COOL leh, BOY OR GIRL ah?
ME : It's a guy.
Person A : You sure not? Look like girl leh! If boy why they wear make up ah?
ME : -irritated,shows black face and walks off-

Typical xiao mei mei (aka XMMs) :

Talk like this : (insert band name) rawkxx w0rx/nehhs!
Listen to : Cassis. (i seriously think this is the only song they know)
Make up : Thick black eyeliner, fake eyelashes, lots of foundation/concealer/whitener :p (ends up having a contradicting face)
Wears : Something frilly and it becomes 'lolita' -.- ''Wahhx, ii sh0 jaPpiiEx! darrdarrx, ii prettiie mahx?''

*************************************************************************************
Still got one more day before the release of the X-Japan concert tickets results!~ XD. Was browsing the net searching for some hotel information. Came across Apartment rentals, hostel rentals. These are for monthly bookings..wah, it wld be great if VS can be based in Japan. But den, poor Sporean customers..they would have to pay for shipping like our our Overseas customers XD. Think ALOT of them will run away...oh well...perhaps they would value us more after we are gone?! Remembered a comment about a girl who made at sgcafe or batsu (cant remember). She said "it is so nice to be in the same country as VS".

Seriously, renting of monthly apartments is cheaper than hotels...about US$1300/mth and it come with all facilities. So tempted,,,lolz...

For the lost SGD$500+ tat the A9 customer absconded with,,didnt think about it for a few days. Dont want to feel dragged down by it. Come to think of it,,perhaps, it is puo qian xiao zai? After this incident, good things are coming soon (my X tickets, wat else? haha)!~ And also the Year of Rat is arriving next week. My mum said the Year of Rat is not a good year..i also dont know why. Havent checked out those Chinese horoscopes thingy...

Checked The Secret dvds at ebay..they have sooo many versions. Im interested in the Extended version. Strange thing is, at ebay, some are selling at US$9.99 but at amazon.com, it is US$20++. So, im not sure which one to buy., The ebay one dun have any item code for me to tally it with the amazon version. i scared it is pirated one or something..haiz,,will dig into this more when i have the time.

Sold the Gem cerey Group poster. The girl actually would pay S$48 for it... kinda surprise. And yes, she is an European.

Now, only Euro and Pound counts..not US$ or Yen. Today read tat Inflation affects the Japanese too. They are on the way to walk out of their economic slumps and now, are facing inflation (rising fuel and food prices). With their rapidly aging population, it makes the matter worse. Their pension fund is in a mess (for those who arent sure wat happened to their pension funds, their old Government (Koizumi era) did not keep track of it at all. Some are documented by hands and some are documented into computer system. It was made public when his successor, (forget his name) took over the office) and they have little young population to support the massive older folks. One of my Japanese fren is so smart. He actually build his pension plan himself and not relying on his government. He said "we have little young generation. so when i am old, they cannot support me, so it build it myself now". He is very heavy on investments/stocks and property. I once asked him to help me invest US$500 in watever he was investing but he declined, citing "I cant afford this responsibility"..haiz..

Oh yes, ive found out something that many ppl are interested about the Japanese market. Why their homemade goods are sooo pricey. It is because their government is very protective of domestic markets. Due to this, whatever price the maker wants to sell to the market, the government would allow coz the government dont want competition from abroad to make their own ppl jobless. Their simple theory is: to protect some batch of employees welfare at the expense of the whole population. I knew this from reading Jim Roger's Adventure Capitalist. He's an interesting author/investor. He travels around the whole and citing realistic issues about each country. He said Russia is controlled by the Mafias (made us worried about dealings with Russian customers,,lolz), not ideal to invest Korea coz they have gender inequality (more men, less women, China also like that) which would create social imbalance for years to come (then isnt China worst? but still tonnes of ppl rushing to invest there. Havent figured this out..but i think coz they have vast population to sustain their economy?), Japan is not foreigner friendly. He said their ATM machines for visas and mastercards CANNOT accept foreign registered cards. That is exactly what i encountered a fews years back, and it is in Shibuya ok! Super strange rite? (protective Government??!). Had to go into the bank to change SGD$ to Yen. The teller never seen Spore currency before, so she went to dig out a big file of worldwide currencies and finally spotted our currency, which the file even has the super old Orchid notes! Weird country they are. So, now you know why their Melons, Apples, Breads, Instant noodles etc are soo expensive.

Lessons on Japan ends here,,will update if i know more,,XD Hope ur enjoy the "class" today.

Christine, thanks for leaving the comments always. Hope you are not overly busy today with class. Have proper meals and adequate rest pls~~

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz time!~

Cheers to X-Japan!! ^^

Glad that X-Japan will be adding capacity to their 2 concerts!~~ (Thanks for the news Christine!) It would be in Part I and Part II version, thus it would be tough for them to add additional shows. If yes, they have to add 2 more shows to repeat the Part I and II. Aww,,the results will be out this THURSDAY~ So anxious about it!~ Thank you for you good thoughts Christine!~ I certainly hope luck is with me!!!~

Btw, X-Japan will be re-releasing their Last Live 1993 dvd on 2.29!~ It's a joy for all the new X-Japan fans!

For the ebay thingy, we dont care about it anymore. If ppl dont trust to buy from us, it is ok. I think have some kind souls at LiveJournal who promotes VS coz we do randomly survey new customers who orders from us. LJ is the main place they got to know us. Others are thru frens and at ebay. We Thank All the kind souls that promotes us, no matter who you are and where you are ^___^V

Met Miles for lunch today,,didnt see her for the past 6mths. She is soo OMG. She said all her inner clothings we not folded, she just stashed all into each drawer..ive known her for more than 5 years and this is the first time i heard her "inner secrets"..lolz. She mentioned about this coz she said she wont sell clothings coz she dont like to fold clothes. XD

Felt like im a walking zombie coz since last Monday, my doggie barks everytime i go to bed. Reason? Coz she wants to climb up to my bed n sleep on it!!~ She no longer wants to sleep on her own bed..sigh. So, i must carry her to my bed, and space out one corner for her. She will toss and turn and i had to awake frequently to make sure she dont fall off the bed. Sometimes, we share the blanket too. Not sure how long it will last.

Asian stock markets tumbles again today..so we expect the Yen to rise tomorrow..sigh...it just went down last wed,.,,so fast, it is going to rise again. Hope the market recovers real soon. Today just went to convert a customer's US$. Gosh, it is worth only SGD$1 = USD$1.40..omg!!!~ It used to be US$1.43..Tomorrow the US Fed is estimated to cut the interest rates again,,if yes, the US$ will fall even further (and gold will rise! Yay!). Perhaps will stop accepting US$. Like today's exchange rate, we were a little shortchanged *_* Once i saw a video at youtube, this guy was so anti the US$, that he took a few pieces (not sure of the value) and crashed it in his hands and say "get rid of your notes and change it for tangible goods!". He was filled with angry. Guess he's very angry with the America's financial (sorry) state.

Yesterday went JB with my bro, his wife and my mum. Gosh, there were many stalls/malls selling CNY cookies and stuffs. One ba kua shop even had this "buy 1kg free 1/2kg" promo. There were long queues..but nah, not into ba kua anymore (now the price is S$46/kg). Their cookies were the cheapest, 4 for RM$10. Ringgit ok! Means, 4 for SGD$5 there. Dirt cheap. For almost the same thingy, it cost 4 for SGD$10 here. But nah,,dont like the cookies. In the end, bought a tray of assorted nuts, coconut biscuits, candies and some chocolates from The Store departmental store. They have alot of nice food there though. Ive always loved their roadside goreng pisang but didnt eat any coz ive just recovered from ulcer and soar throat.

So Unlucky lately!

Been pretty unlucky lately.

20th Jan kena a negative feedback at ebay coz ive sent the wrong version of hide's earring to buyer. She's an italian girl with only 3o ratings. She didnt even email me to check prior leaving feedback. Thus, send her the correct pair of earrings immediately after viewing her negative remark. Informed her will send her the correct set. Her immediate reply was "Ok, i will wait." Silly rite? Didnt even bother to say sorry about the negative feedback (it cannot be removed) or offer to return the incorrect version!!!!~ Her rating smear our good record of 100% positive to a 99.3% feedback! I dont understand why she dont bother to check with us before leaving the negative feedback??

The worst one is this American girl. She bought from us since Oct and guess what? Since end of Dec till yesterday, Paypal send us "Chargeback" notices (4 altogether, more to come!) to say all her payments of S$500+ is UNAUTHORISED by the credit card holder! So, her credit card company took back this amount from Paypal.

Thus, paypal have to dock this amount from our Paypal account!!~ Until her parents pay up (we suspect she used her parent's credit card without permission), then Paypal will credit back this amount to us within next 75days! OMG!~

Had emailed her this morning to remind her to inform her parents to make whatever payments to the bank BECAUSE she is the ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL HER PURCHASES!!~ Just cant imagine we were being made the scapegoat for her purchase and losing some S$500+ for nothing!~ Wah,,have to sell hw many items to make this S$500 profit??!!!~ Seems like an "Innocent" Fraud. Hard to imagine that this girl is so irresponsible! She said she had informed her parents to make these payments when we checked with her on the first Paypal's chargeback at the end of Dec. SICK and most Unfortunately, she is an A9 and Miyavi fan. Shame on you!

Hope she responses..if not, not sure what to do. You cant tell whether it is fraud immediately coz payment by credit card goes thru to our paypal account as per normal. It is only after 1 month or so, if the credit card holder refuses to make the payment after receiving the statement, they will tell their bank "UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT" and their bank would refer to paypal and take back their (the bank's) money coz their client DIDNT INITIATE THE PAYMENT! If all fans are like this girl, VS would ceased to exist!!~

Next, is the stock market. This one i dont have any control,,so i shan't rave about it...hope it recovers soon. My 4-digit sum has been evaporated so far.. one forum er lost a 6-digit!!~ So, my losses are very minimal already.

Ive read somewhere that those bankers who borrowed $ to mortgage lender who have little repayment ability should be jailed. They had caused the sub-prime crisis in America, and in turn, everyone around the world is being burdened! Well said!! They packaged/chopped up these risky mortgages into small investments products and sell them to clients and other overseas banks. Thus, when the borrowers were unable to pay, it results in the recent a worldwide financial meltdown.

These bankers always looks for ways to fatten their pockets, so they will repack these risky mortgages nicely and into complicated terms, so ppl would unsuspectedly purchase it. At the end of it, these bankers still get fat bonuses! These were wat ive heard over at bbc last nite where they interview some top financials. Sometimes, at night when i cant sleep, will listen to the bbc, coz it is daytime news in USA and Europe.

Sucks!! Maybe ive offended some "xiao ren?" Must go temple liao!~

Pray that my unluckiness ends immediately..i am very much hopeful about X-Japan's concert tickets. The results will be out on 30th Jan!!~ Today a friend told me hide's replacement might be Miyavi.. 0__O". I would prefer Sugizo... Had a total of 8 sets of tickets for both nights in the system. Kiasu rite??? Coz ive ambushed all my Japanese friends (3 actually) to apply the maximum they can. Each can apply up to 4 tickets for each nights. *kiasu is the best policy here*

If cant get the tickets, maybe will go to Tokyo Dome and evesdrop the concert...lolz!!~ XD

H.Naoto's new English site

H.Naoto's English website is up and running!~ Spotted it while ordering some items for a customer at their main japanese site. This English site was host by ebay's Pro Stores, which ive tried once and find it not user friendly. But h.naoto's English site is really user friendly!~ It would be even better if their url is www.hnaotoenglish.com or something,, *my own creation of url,,haha*

http://store02.prostores.com/servlet/s-inc/StoreFront

the stock market has been tumbling since Monday and Japanese yen is spiking like nobody's business, sigh,,,hope the situation improves in a few weeks time...dun want to pay expensive Yen for my trip..

sore throat is getting better today coz ive drank 1 litre of starfruit juice this afternoon. This drink always cure my sore throat..it's my mum's formula.

one customer just emailed to say her pre-order at mise since june has not arrived and she feels like beating them up,,haiz,,,dont tell me anymore abt mise,,wait i dream abt them again,,,hahaaha

ive forgotten about the Secret CD until read vonnie's blog yesterday..so it reminds me again. will check it out at ebay tml.

ps company is like snail..the application forms for FC havent even reach our supplier. it has been 2 weeks since we requested. Our supplier pressed for it today and their reply was "it takes usually 2 weeks or more for us to send out application forms". I was like ..HUH??? so surprising!!~ Is it they are still printing the forms or shortage of staffs? To make thing worse, each form cost 30Yen and we also must pay the postage for requesting the forms,,unbelievable!~ Their service is soo slow,,,sigh,,, but for the sake of gaze,,must tahan,,lolz..

Perhaps all music companies are tat slow? coz glay goods took 2months to arrive, hide's goods is 6weeks. Luckily ps company's goods took 3 weeks to arrive,,but tat was in 2006. 2007, they didnt update their online shop,,think these goods had overwhelming response at tour venues,,thus nothing left over for online shop after the tour,,sigh,,makes it hard for fans to buy it at regular price.

I am a believer of Letting Go..once you let go, the pain goes away and you will find peace. It is the same as Detachment, as per taught in Buddhism.

If im fated that i cant get X;s concert tickets,,den will have to force myself to Let go,,T.T

X-Japan

It's been confirmed! X-reunion concert is on 3/28 and 3/29! And Guess wat? fans who joined Yoshiki's keitai mailing list can start da pre-order TODAY!! OMG!! Our supplier just informed and asked if we would join,,,of coz lah! It is 300+ yen per month, but im not sure if it is for permanent or temporary? Obviously, will try by hook or by crook to get the tickets. keeping my fingers crossed.. It was such a wonderful news!!~

Will also go to Gaze concert if i can get the X-japan's concert tix!~ Gaze also having tour during this period. Will check out if any other bands would be having Spring tour as well..my hope is L'arc-en-ciel or B'z (they are really good!). Also, Namie Amuro and Koda Kumi, they really got great showmanship! Perhaps Ayumi too? not sure,,lolz...im so j-pop now.

Vonnie, dun worry, i wun forget ur babies' goodies!~

This trip is going to cost me a bomb,,one X-japan ticket cost almost SGD$200,,,much more ex den Luna Sea,,but of coz, it is worth it. I dont want to buy it from fans or watever auctions,,,no money,,,i cant imagine the fierce competition for these tickets out there...sigh... *starts to manifest now XD*

Now having soar throat and slight flu. Today work up, told myself tat i must start exercising. So, went for 1km brisk walk at 9am..came back at 11am coz i also visited the nearby market. Bought a yam...soo long didnt eat yam. plan to steam it, and sprinkle some sugar on top of it,,yummy and healthy. Got iodine,,so, if got wounds, will get heal fast,,lolz.

Had yam cake and pumkin cake for breakfast. wanted to eat it on my way home but the aunty said they dont have plastic bags to contain it, oni brown paper to wrap it. i was like @^%#@&#&#? So, no choice coz i told her i wanted it,,so she went ahead and wrap it up. ended up bringing it home to eat.

Despite having soar throat, i cant resist the bak kwa coz my sis in law was eating it., so i ate 1 big slice. sinful man,,,one side dieting and the other side eating fatty stuffs,,haiz,,,i must go brisk walk at least 3 times per week. at least, it is less sweaty than jogging.

received a kuku (silly) email today asking if the prices at our blog includes shipping or it comes with free shipping....... hope it is not a Singaporean...BTH. Want to test your patience? Deal with many kuku Singaporeans,,,sure will help to improve your patience. Everytime when kena such kuku question, will tell myself 'kan kai yi dian, maybe is another newbie"

Lately got a few ppl ordering H.naoto...wondering y is the rush? as CNY clothes? lolz... 2 sexpot tops sold today,,response is not bad..still,,scared to bring in such brands,,too ex.. think will go bersek when i visit those punk clothing stores and those jrock shops....bersek coz too many things to buy,,too little money in pocket. Yen is also rising,,wah,,adds to my burden,,sigh... T.T

*Starts pulling my purse string tightly*

Interesting Story

A boy was born to a couple after eleven years of marriage. They were a loving couple and the boy was the gem of their eyes. When the boy was around two years old, one morning the husband saw a medicine bottle open. He was late for office so he asked his wife to cap the bottle and keep it in the cupboard. His wife, preoccupied in the kitchen totally forgot the matter.

The boy saw the bottle and playfully went to the bottle fascinated by its color and drank it all. It happened to be a poisonous medicine meant for adults in small dosages. When the child collapsed, the mother hurried him to the hospital. He died. The mother was stunned. She was terrified how she was going to face her husband.

When the distraught father came to the hospital and sa w the dead child, he looked at his wife and uttered just five words. QUESTIONS :

1. What were the five words?

2. What is the implication of this story? Scroll down to read....

ANSWER: The husband just said 'I am with you Darling'. The husband's totally unexpected reaction is a proactive behavior.

The child is dead. He can never be brought back to life. There is no point in finding fault with the mother. Besides, if only he had taken time to keep the bottle away, this would not have happened. No one is to be blamed. She had also lost her only child. What she needed at that moment was consolation and sympathy from the husband. That is what he gave her. If everyone can look at life with this kind of perspective, there would be much fewer problems in the world. 'A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.'

Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness, and fears. And you will find things are actually not as difficult as you think.

- - - - - - > MORAL OF THE STORY This story is really worth reading. Sometimes we spend time in asking who is responsible or whom to blame, whether in a relationship, in a job or with the people we know. By this way we miss out some warmth in human relationship.
****************************************************************************
A friend emailed me this story..it's really touching.

People who blame are the ones who do not want to take responsibility for themselves, whom in turn, makes no progress in life. Whatever you want to acheive, you have to be responsible for yourself and make tough decisions (and stick to it), even if it is against the tides. The success acheived will be very sweet. Dont ever be part of the "Blame Game".. it takes your precious time away, when you can use it for much better things.

Last nite dreamt tat a fren strike lottery of $5000~~ This morning smsed her to ask her go and buy her lucky numbers. She wants to go taiwan in April,,so hope she can strike lottery and go taiwan with this windfall,,XD

Last 2 nites dreamt tat our local J-idol shop is going to close down in june..think must be because vonnie slam them big time,..den, i went to sleep after her sms and dreamt of them closing down,,XD been dreaming a little much lately,,hahah,,tats why day time im feeling tired.

Screwed up a customer's sexpot order coz her black t-shirt is sold out and we mis-ordered the white version (coz the pic are the same). She is so kind tat she said "it is ok, i will take the white one",when we offer to give her full refund or she can take the white t-shirt. So, we automatically upgraded her shipping to EMS coz it was our mistake of mis-ordering. She was soo nice and said "thank you so much for updating me with all the small details. Are there a feedback column where i could write so ppl can see?" Wah,,we make mistake and she still offers to write testimonials for us..she is heaven sent,,,^_^. Moreover, she is a first time customer and we felt bad for making mistakes. (we even tot she wont dare to order thru us anymore) We told her we would invite our satisfied customers to write testimonials when our new site is almost ready ^^

chinatown, bak gua and young italian gal~

went to chinatown yday after meet ups. the decorations for CNY is up but i didnt bring camera,,,tml going with my sis-in-law, so will bring camera. Bought two tops for myself and another 2 for my mum. She's not free to come along, so i bought for her..more modern designs of coz~ one is a pale red top and the other is a dark purple top. ^_^ shopped for 3 hrs and my legs are still aching. So crowded, with many parents bringing their daughters to buy CNY clothes. Think they would end up buying what their mum likes...tat is wat it always happened to me when i was young,,haha.

Queued 25mins for the famous bak gua (pork jerky) and bought 3 pkts of 500g. I think it is a little ex this yr (cant remember last yr;s price). This year is S$42/kg. One pack for our hardworking J-supplier, one pack for my family and the other for my auntie. I once queued 1.5hrs for it,,so, this is very short already. A couple around early 30s' was queuing behind me and i overhead their conversation. The women told her hubby "Dear, we buy 300g x 3 ok? One for ur family, one for my family and one for our family". Her hubby just nod his head. Abit shocked coz they seemed well-to-do. I personally feel that, Chinese New Year is a once a year traditional and bak gua is a nice delicacy as gifts. It wouldnt look nice if it is soo measly... Perhaps shld change it to pineapple tarts or something,,it would look better than the 300g bak gua...

Christine informed that Tora (A9) is hospitalised and A9's concerts will be disruption for awhile. It was a shock. Christine, pls dont take it too hard. Tora will be well very soon. Im sure he will do his best, for his band mates and wonderful fans~ <3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_30">wat is the weight thingy your mum and bro keeps mentioning?

Yday said going to reply the 2 Myspace questions but actually got distracted and forgotten about it..okay, now on the page and going to reply. I got distracted coz someone wanted to order some stuffs at the Rakuten site. I cant get enough of this site, esp it's bag, shoes and cosmetic section. i always tend to spend my life away at this site..it is sooooooo addictive!! Thinking of setting up a cosmetic site and j-snack sites someday...but first priority is the VS site.

Had realised tat Amazon.com is soooo efficient! They packed the items within 10mins upon receiving my payment!~ I found out coz i wanted to add "the Secret audio cd"to my order to save shipping,,but den,, its was tooooo late,,coz the status shows "Ready to Ship". Thus, cannot amend order. will find it at ebay.. Vonnie, will let u rip this cd after i bought it..lolz..know u will surely be thrilled..8D Den everyday u can listen and stay motivated (besides of babies, of coz!)~~ No news on ur babies on any mag covers,,now mostly is SID~

Discovered today that the Italian big spender of VS is only 15yo!!~ She wants to signed up for the gaze fanclub.. Kept thinking she might be in her late teens or something coz they way she speak is kinda mature..sooooo young she is..quite shock. She is the 2nd 15yo who is joining the gaze FC..another one is an aussie asian boy (he once was afraid we would cheat his S$12 for gaze picks and told us to give him some kind of assurance that we wouldnt cheat him. If not,his mum wld scold him if he got cheated by us,,so cute rite?? In the end, told him scammers are interested in scamming by hundreds of thousands,,not a few dollars. Also informed hiim to check out our ratings at ebay.)

Karma

Made carrot juice this morning. Mixed with lemon & oranges..yummy!~ But den,, after tat gotta clean up the table and the juice maker,,Sianz,,,nvm lah,,take it as exercise,,,

very hungry in the afternoon..and chocolate came to my mind. there's a breadtalk nearby, so bought the chocolate crossant..soooo sinful!!~ (coz im supposed to be on diet).

Told my mum this evening dont cook so much rice coz im on diet. her immediate reply was "wait u end up like MC King den u know..he diet so much tat he died!!" I was like "diet got anything to do with MC King meh??". If i died suddenly, dunno how leh,,, i wld regret coz i havent catch X-Japan live... ... ... (but i will go and find hide "down there" XD).

My sister in law is soo into investing and money topics lately. Throughout the whole dinner, she kept alking about some great finance books she had read lately (my bro kept hurrying her to finish the meal). Den she asked "why school didnt teach these school? Like that, when young ppl can start their first job, they can make good financial decisions." She said she wasted so much $$ when she first started working coz she didnt know anything about investing/compound interests (same thing happen to me too!). I told her, in real life, if u want to borrow $$$ fm the bank, the bank ask for your Financial Report Card, not your academic report card (Rich Dad Poor Dad's Robert Kiyosaki said tat in his several books! Sooooo True!!).

Wanna to be rich?? Just do what the poor dont do. You must be willing to pay the price In Advance in order to be successful. Unfortunately, it is vice versa for most people. Staying in their comfort zone is more important than anything else.

Reminds me of a Post Office staff. He has been doing the same job for the past 14yrs. 2008 is his 15th year. Everytime i visit him, he'll always grumbles about his job, the low pay after being so "senior" in his company etc and said he want to quit soon. I wonder when will this day come? In short, he has spent the past 14yrs doing one thing. Please do not waste your precious life like this. On your deathbed, this is the last thing you want to regret about.

Yday, heard a dj said something very meaningful. She said, life is like "return ball/hui qiu", whatever u give out in your life, it will come back to you. It is the same meaning as Karma.

When you know Exactly what you want in life, you can definately find it/make it come true. Just like yday, at people's park, i saw a denim flare skirt that i was looking for for the past few weeks (dunno why i like such skirts, but most places only sells mini skirts)!! I was sooo thrilled!!! Didnt know such ulu place also can find what i want.

Miracles are abound when you know Exactly what you want. For opportunities, you must have a new set of eyes (not a mediocore mindset), so when opportunites come, you can spot it. Good Luck Favours the Bold (that's why, there are fewer successful people around). At times, i am my own Rainmaker (except jogging!!).

Singaporeans vs Foreigners

received lots of gaze FC enquiries and unfortunately, all are Singaporeans!! Coz all questions being asked were already being stated at the blog!! Aiyoh Sporeans!!~~ luckily this site is not run by foreigners,,if not, they will wonder why all queries from Singapore asked such obvious/embarassing questions.

One asked " if i join, can u teach me how to order goods directly from PS company?".
Thinking --->"huh? ive never ordered directly before and i dont even know how to type japanese!" This fan wants to save $$$,,,so informed him to figure out a way to order directly fm PS company himself. Eg, go learn Japanese.

Another: "if i join the fanclub, do i pay only the amount stated for the goods?"
Thinking --->"huh? do u mean ur goods fly to S'pore for free?"

Comparing to us, a few Europeans had signed up for the FC without a single question asked,,see da contrast?? (Sporean's $$ is very hard-to-earn. -.-")

Another odd question some time ago (also fm a Sporean) "can u help me bid this item from Yahoo japan? If yes, can u pls tell me hw much would the final bid be?"
Thinking ---> "huh? i dont have cosmic power to foresee the final bid

Singaporeans,,Singaporeans,,, *shakes head*

Bad news!~ had gained 2kg!! feel tat ive grown fatter,,so this morning, took out the bathroom scale to check...haiz,,it is true! I didnt go jogging for whole of dec coz it kept raining..so, ive slacked off,,the fat is coming back to hunt me!!~ I must avoid escalators and elevators from now on,,and also, meats!!

Today accompanied my mum to SGH for eye check up. The doctor is from China and she is doing her best to explain things in both languages. Can see she is doing her best to practise her English. Now, our doctors also need to be imported..i think our doctors went overseas for bigger job opportunities. There's alot of Fillipino/Indonesian nurses too. It is the same for some retail outlets. The best example would be Watson's. Almost all their staffs are "imports".

After the check up, went to Chinatown for early lunch. Had kimchi noodle soup and some gyoza for dinner coz its too tempting for me to ressit,,felt sinful after that. Tml will go vegetarian..Must do brisk walk le,,coz dont think can pick up jogging...lazy me. must plan exercise and diet schedules..it works coz ive tried it a few years ago during my Obese time.

oh yes, the green tea with collagen arrived last week and phew, it does not have any taste of pork. It taste just like ordinary green tea.

There's an article on MC King's funeral in today's Chinese newspaper. The reporter ended it with "after interviewing some of his neighbours and the public, no one can come up with the name of any dramas he had acted. I think this would be his biggest disappointment in this lifetime coz he dont have a drama under his name tat ppl can recall". I find it quite rude that he ends the report like this. Ppl dont remember his dramas coz he is Not the lead actor BUT ppl remembers his bright smiles and great jokes! This is wat he is being remembered for that is important!

Yday was at posb atm near my house. There were some renovations going on near the machines and heard the site Supervisor yelling at the workers. The workers were all Chinese. They have communication problem. 114 (a code for a metal sheet) is being read by the supervisor as "yi bai shi si" but the chinese workers replied we need "yi yi si". The supervisor kept repeating "yi bai shi si shi ma?" Well, in the end, the workers wrote the number in the air...finally it was being solved,, after 5 mins of haggling over language diff. Quite surprising to see Chinese workers coz mostly ive seen were Blangadesh workers. Now, near my house had alot of foreign workers. Last time only Malaysias. Thanks to these foreign workers. Without them, we cant have such a great place to live in.

My block's sweeper is also a foreign worker. He is very hardworking and moves up and down our block (22 storeys) without fail, sweeping every bits he saw on the floor. On top of that, he knows many residents and he WORKS WITH A SMILE. He takes great pride in his job! It's something we locals cant do it,,tats why, retail shops, hotels etc (service industry) has the most vacancies.

Interesting fact tat ive heard fm the radio yday:
Salty food reduces calcium.

M.C King

Saw fm the 10pm news tat M.C King (our local comedian artiste) passed away this afternoon around 1pm!!~ OMG!!~ It was such a shocking and sad news! He is only 40 years old.

Reminds me of a sentence ive seen somewhere. It says:

Live as if Today is the Last day of your life, coz someday, it will come true.

Ideally, i hope to live till 70 and preferably, die while sleeping or watching TV (that's hw my Grandma died. She was 82). I dont want to die in hospital. (not being sadist but it's being realistic!~)

Met Christina today and chatted for 2hrs coz didnt see her for such a long time. She's currently looking for work, so we are free to meet up. She's still the same. Only chat about our ex colleagues, our common friends, her life and my life. Guess tats what ppl chat about when they catch up with each other after losing contact for some time.

My fav nasi lemak increased 10%. Didnt know it till i bought it for lunch yday. Inflation,,,i think 4-6% of inflation as per our Government claims is untrue. They tried to keep it low to prevent social unrest..so, can understand. I estimated this year's inflation would be higher coz yday, a barrel of oil breaks the record of US$100/barrel!!~ It simmer down today to US$99++

VS site;s maplocco shows our main crowd of viewers/customers came fm Europe (vice versa, pathetic Asia). last nite got this sudden tot of setting up a Jrock online shop at Germany,,hahaha...

New Discoveries

Discovered something about a customer today when stumbled upon her blog. She is a lesbian. I am ok about it but it kinda caught me by surprise.

Yesterday found out that a 17 years old customer who has been smoking since she was 12!!~ She likes Shou fm A9 very much. The sms goes like this:

"Shou wants healthy fans, not fans with yellow teeth and bad breathe".

"but all my friends are smokers, i find it hard to resist when they smoke".

"come on, when you light a cigarette, just think that Shou will scold you, then u wont smoke"

"ok, i try"

* the power of Artistes, they have hugh influence over young ppl*

On New year;s eve, there's a Foam party near my block (we had the same thing last year too). But then, Foam parties at neighbourhoods? Wasting of resources only,,this is not vivo city, zouk or sentosa,,,this is Jurong lah!!~ Aunties, Bangladesh and Chinese citizens,,,im sure they are puzzled by this Foam party thingy!!~ They must be thinking "wah, can play foams in public meh??"

Ajahn Bramh;s talk on the 3oth Dec was great..there were soo many ppl tat it filled the 3 levels of the temple (the talk was on the 2nd level). I only managed to see him from the projector at level 1 coz it was full house by the time i was there. The lesson he gave was : Gratitute. When one is filled with Gratitude, he/she is at peace with himself/herself. Yes, it is so true. It is only with Gratitute, we are grateful for what we have instead of wat we dont have,,like tat, can be peace with ourselves...

The pricey gaze sweater was sold barely 5hrs after put up,,,the power of Euro$$,,.XD. They are super crazy over gaze. One customer fm Uk just came back from the Jrock -Invasion feat A9 etc on the 29th dec and oh my, she was 4th row from the stage!~ She could see her fav A9 and Kra soooo close up!!~ *envious!* Now she;s waiting eagerly for her gaze calendar. One Aussie customer receives her copy today!~~ Saw Miyavi;s calendar online today,it was sooooooo COOL!~

Had communication problems with Italian gal. I dont understand her English coz she mixed it with Italian lately...hmm ..dunno why.. had to ask her what she actually meant coz dont want to screw up her orders. perhaps, shall reply her with a mixture of japanese, english and chinese in future..and she will ask me what i meant,,lolz

Yday read an article written by a local citizen in Chinese newspaper. He/She complained about a packet of wonton skin (300g). The usual price is $1.3o. After the GST increased to 7%, and the price went to $1.50. Due to the cost of fuel increase, it went up again to S$1.70. Finally, due to inflation (dunno is exploitation or not), it settles at $1.90. So, this Uncle or Auntie is very unhappy and ask the authorities to check this supermarket,,the famous Sheng S**** supermarket. He/She wonder why this 300g of wonton skin (with estimated 200g of flour) went up 33% within a year.,Reminds me of my dog's biscuit,,it went up by this much too,,sigh... unsculpulous merchant.

I find that SS;s prices are getting higher coz their tactic for biz when they first launched is to sell it super cheap (the owner paid the supplier in cash, so they get their goods real cheap) to gain word of mouth and loyalty (ppl will have perception that they are the cheapest and it takes time to change it,esp for older folks). Gradually, prices are marked up (not forgetting they on TV these days! So, high expenditure). So, pls be careful when u shop around for groceries, let is be SS or Ntuc etc. Btw, toiletries products like shampoos, detergents are the most expensive at supermarkets (read this report somewhere),,so, avoid it.. Dont be caught in the "inflation" tactic like this wonton skin Uncle/Auntie.
