My friend just emailed me:
There was a report from YOSHIKI mobile.
They accept the early reservation. I applied. (3/29 x 4)
The result announcement day is February 19.
Im soooooooo happy. At least, there is priority for Yoshiki mobile members..XD. Hope Kaori applied it today too. Maximum ticket per member is can apply is 4 tickets. Of coz must max it!~
