i feel this mrt officier (mr "Fool") merely wants to show that he is doing his job instead of using his common sense..or we have became a society of trained robots?

plain water also canot drink. no food,drinks,snacks,sweets or whatever's not.
think they are just trying their very best to keep the citizens in control...
