sorry, late report,,haha



Last night's okonomiyaki was not soo successful,,lolz,,coz it was tooo thick..the udon is successful. cooked another 2 times for my sis and bro-in-law and it was much better. Split the batter into 2 portions so it turned out to be thinner and better cooked. :)
The tako sauce was kinda salty,,,the preserved ginger was the best,,it taste exactly the same as the original version.
I've bought a tako ball machine. Will buy a step down adapter,then can make tako balls at home!!~ YaY!!~ Also asked our supplier to buy the flakes toppings.

Xuan, the okonomiyaki was not pro co it was out of shape,,hahaha. Will make the tako ball for you when we meet..thanks for your explaination on the 10,000hrs theory. It was very interesting! :)
