The last part he said he cant read coz i wrote hiragana for "rental of shop near the eki".
The rental is based on his noodle shop,,abt S$1200/month. Actually it is quite cheap liao..but den, his location is not soo good... Judging by his opening only over the weekends..if 8 weekends, he needs only S$150 to break even for the rental.. if sell for a full 30days,,need only S$40 to break even...open the full 30days sounds very easy to break even...
For the "newbie girl", she also asked some funny questions this afternoon.
Her first question is the funniest.
She: Hey, you can let me know how high are the chances tat i will get the tix?
Me: Sorry , there is No guarantee for all concert tickets. *Unless i have Ruki's keitai number, den i can guarantee you*
She: If i didnt win the FC tix, then it is too late to apply at the eplus site? (wonder why she didnt realised all the application dates difference?!)
Me: No, there is still 2nd and 3rd rounds at the eplus site but i doubt there will still be leftover tix for the 3rd round
She: Huh,,like that then u still ask me to go apply the 3rd round?
Me: If u didnt win in the FC, and eplus 2nd round tix, of coz you will still need to apply for the 3rd round. Whether they still have the tix on the 3rd round is another matter. (Isnt it common sense?)
She: Orh,,ok.
