Just for laughs!

So long didnt visit this site:

http://www.talkingcock.com/html/article.php?sid=2721

Once i passed by a carpark (outside a hawker centre) during lunch time and a lady passenger alighted. She walked to the driver (her friend/colleagues), pointing and said "is that parking space right? i will walk fast there to CHOPE it for you. You take your time!!

Witnessed 2 incidents yday, starring FT (Foreign talents)

1. On the train
this seemly Myammar/ thailand/ Vietnam young couple (?! i dont know what;s their nationality coz i dont understand their language) was seating on the 2 corner seats reserved for handicapped/elderly/pregnant woman. An old couple came in and the old man looks frail with his wife holding his arms, supporting him. They stand right in front of this couple. The train was getting packed and suddenly, i heard a firm and loud voice "Can you pls give up this seat for this man?". I watched diagonally and saw it was a lady (early 40's, with her 2 primary kids) "ordering" the woman to give up her seat. The woman quickly stand up and pass her bag to her boyfriend. Wah, the lady was soo gung-ho!! I think the Myammar etc couple might not be aware that all 2 corner seas are reserved for people with special neats.

(Incidently, on my way home, while waiting for a customer to pick up her stuffs at a train station. Saw a pair of old Chinese (fm China) Grandparents, with their grandson on the stroller. Their grandson was eating ICE-CREAM when they enter the gantry. The security guard was soo KU-KU, he told them that no eating was allowed. So, the grandparents said they will stand aside and ask the kid to quickly finish up his ice cream BUT that security guard said "no, no need,ur may go ahead,,just to remind your tat next time cannot eat inside the station." HUH? like tat also can???? Met them and board the same train and same door as them. They rushed in like nobody;s biz and the stroller hit a man's leg as the grandmother was chionging for the seats with her grandson. The man looked awe and shook his head. Maybe they had been influenced by our local's kiasu-ism. My Brunei's 2 customers marvelled and laugh when they witness Singaporeans rushing in immediately when the train door opened. They even took many pictures about it. It was SOOO Embarassing!)

2. After alighting at cityhall yday,,went up the long escalator. Dont know why i looked behind me and guess wat? A Chinese (China) woman (early 20's) was happily sipping her diet coke (black canned) with a straw on the way up the escalator!

Salute to "Foreign Talents"

Think was yday that our MM said Singapore's landscape/culture will change within the next 15yrs because of the hugh immigration influx. Ive already seen afew lately..imagine by the next 15yrs?

Ive started to think if i want to be here in the next 10years. It seems like a yuckie place by then,,

We have no sound economy plans..only rely on EXPORTS to other countries. Like tat die liao,,if Singaporeans want to retire and suay suay kena Recession, then you are on your own.

Dear Vonnie,

That girl and her bf wants to go to the gaze's july tour (last 3 days). The bf emailed to ask when can buy the tickets and signed off and him and Sharon. Finally, "tat girl"'s name came to light. That guy was polite in the mail, so i know he;s the one who sent the mail. Good,,less 2 fans to fight the sept tix with you..hahaha..Btw, for the july tour, seems most of the venues are very small,,,at those huay guan aka community centres's hall.

Yup,,the size of the venues are abt the same,,,super tiny,,haha,,maybe they (or the gal) wants to go scream her lungs out,,the band members surely can hear her. I think Saitama would be good coz it is a ulu venue (35mins from Shinjuku).

Hw do u find the book? "There's gold dust in the air!".

Btw, the "Eagle/Turkey" man graduated from Yale University. It's the uninversity tat most American Presidents graduates from.

is it?

i wonder how the seating will be like. HMM. another thing would be the purchasing of tickets. dunno how will it be like.

the book is not too bad, except when the author brings in some really religious statements -.-

OOo.i heard of Yale before!
