A Dishonest Customer part 2

This girl replied again saying "yes, this is my home address but i did not receive any items from you. And i dont know anyone from this hotmail. So, i refused all the payments from my credit card. You are upset about this?" (--> stupid question)

We replied "We have all shipping documents stating someone from your home address had received ALL the items. If no, why does she emailed us many times saying she had received our items and it was great, wonderful etc?? Dont you find it strange? There must be someone in your house that receives the items. It might be that you are not aware yet. It should be a young girl who like Alice Nine and Miyavi (inserts PS company url, for her reference in case she dont know who the artists are). This issue cost us Alot of money and inconvenience and obviously we are Very upset and feel cheated. We have been in this biz for 2 years and this is the first time we encounter such an unpleasant incident. If you are in our shoes, you would have feel the same. We hope you can help us by doing a thorough check with your family members and reply us again."

We think the person who is emailing now might be her mother... If yes, of coz she did not receive the items, it was her Daughter who receives them and now, keeping mum about it (coz her mum will definately scold her for spending without her permission!)

oh, btw, this worries me now :(. generally, it is the seller who cheats the buyer so it is ok, but my brother just told me that ebay has changed their policy so that sellers can no longer leave bad ratings for buyers. what would they do about buyers like aki who do not pay?
